ITOHEN Fan Club Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") define the terms and conditions for using the fan club service (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") provided by ITOHEN (hereinafter referred to as "the Brand"). Users of the Service (hereinafter referred to as "Members") must agree to these Terms before using the Service.

Article 1 (Purpose) The ITOHEN Fan Club is a place to connect with everyone who supports our brand's activities, which involve creating works in new forms while cherishing traditional textiles. The purpose is for members and the brand to share the warmth of the works and culture and to grow together.

Article 2 (Membership Qualifications) Those who agree to these Terms and Conditions and complete the prescribed membership application procedures. Minors may join with the consent of their guardian. The brand reserves the right to refuse membership if it deems the applicant inappropriate.

Article 3 (Member Benefits) Members can receive fan club benefits including the following: Early notification of new items and events; Invitation to member-only events and workshops; Right to purchase member-only original goods; Seasonal newsletter (letter or digital); Handwritten birthday card for the month of birth; Other benefits determined by the brand from time to time. The content of benefits may be changed without notice in order to provide better service.

Article 4 (Membership Fees and Donations) Membership fees for this fan club are accepted as **donations based on the member's discretion**. Donations will be used for ITOHEN's manufacturing activities, preservation of traditional textiles, event hosting, etc. Once a donation has been made, it cannot be refunded.

Article 5 (Management of Member Information) Personal information provided by members will be managed appropriately in accordance with the brand's privacy policy. If there are any changes to your address, email address, etc., members must promptly contact the brand. The brand will not be held responsible for any disadvantages, such as not receiving benefits, resulting from errors in member information.

Article 6 (Prohibited Actions) Members shall not engage in the following actions: Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or sharing of member-only information; actions that interfere with the brand's activities; actions that cause trouble to other members or third parties; providing false information; or any other actions that the brand deems inappropriate.

Article 7 (Withdrawal and Suspension of Membership) If a member wishes to withdraw, they shall notify the company using the prescribed method. The brand may suspend or terminate membership in the following cases: if the member violates these terms and conditions; if false registration is discovered; or if the member engages in conduct deemed inappropriate for a member.

Article 8 (Changes and Termination of Services) The brand may change, suspend, or terminate the content of this service as necessary. The brand shall not be liable for any disadvantages incurred by members as a result of such changes or terminations.

Article 9 (Disclaimer) In the event that service provision becomes difficult due to natural disasters, communication failures, or other force majeure events, the brand shall not be held liable in any way. The brand shall not be held liable for any problems caused by the member's communication environment, etc.

Article 10 (Copyright) The copyright to the text, images, designs, works, etc. provided through this service belongs to our brand. Members may not use them without permission.

Article 11 (Amendment of Terms and Conditions) The Brand may revise these Terms and Conditions as necessary. The revised Terms and Conditions will become effective upon notification by the Brand. Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction) These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Japanese law. Any disputes relating to this service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Brand's location as the court of first instance.
