初めまして。いとへん代表の綿瀬です。
いとへんでは布をつかったアクセサリーを作っています。
私は幼い頃、母によく洋服を作ってもらってました。
母は小さくなって着なくなった洋服をリメイクしてスカートにしてくれたり、
妹とおそろいでワンピースに仕立ててくれたりしました。
私は母の作ってくれた洋服がなによりも好きでした。
そんな母は今はいませんが 私の中でその思い出は大切な物として心の中にあります。
布にはそれぞれストーリーがあります。
伝統織物は 布を触るとその布の産まれた時代や背景を伝えてきます。
また想い出の布は その布を大切にしてきた方の想いまで伝えてきます。
そんな布のもつストーリーをアクセサリーに加工することで
一番身近な存在として身につけていただき、そこからうまれる新しいストーリーを繋げていき、勇気と自信をもって自分らしく輝く人生をおくって欲しい。

Company Overview
History
In October 2016, we began manufacturing and selling accessories under the name "Shima Colon".
Founded in January 2017 as "Itohen.M"
In November 2017, we obtained utility model patent No. 3213840 for our special processing technology to prevent discoloration of fabrics.
In February 2019, the Kyushu pin badge "72" went on sale, selling 100 units at Tokyu Hands Hakata store.
Tsumugi Jewelry (Memorial) launched in March 2019.
Selected at Tokyo Girls Collection Kitakyushu in October 2019.
In 2020, the consignment sales location was Kitakyushu City (major tourist spots such as Kokura Castle, TOTO Museum, and Mojiko Souvenir Shop).
Sales channels are expanding to all Tokyu Hands stores in Kyushu, the Furusato Nozei (hometown tax donation) program (Kitakyushu City), and JR Kyushu's online store.
In 2020, the "Tateito" brand began producing and selling Buddhist robes (ring kesa) using traditional textiles.
In 2021, the "ORIORINO" brand launched chopstick rests and Japanese-style pin badges.
March 2021: ITOHEN Co., Ltd. was established.

It has been featured in numerous media outlets.
Received the Silver Award at the Fukuoka Design Awards in November 2019.
In December 2019, I received the Encouragement Award at the 12th Kitakyushu City Women's Empowerment and Work-Life Balance Awards.
February 2020: Received the Excellence Award at the Kitakyushu Women's Entrepreneurship Support Hinano-kai Business Plan Contest.
