This necktie is made from Kokura-ori fabric dyed with bamboo from Ouma.
 Each item is handcrafted with care by skilled artisans.
 With its refreshing bamboo-like texture, it can be used in any season.

 This handwoven Kokura-ori fabric, dyed with bamboo dye, features a beautiful contrast between the natural bamboo colors and the vibrant green. It was created with the hope that Kitakyushu City will grow straight and true, like bamboo, towards the light.

 This necktie was produced in collaboration with Kokura Castle Bamboo Lanterns, Nogami Buddhist Goods Store, and the Buzen Kokura Textile Research Association.
 The Kokura weave woven into the fabric is made using bamboo dyed from Ouma.
 The Kokura Castle Bamboo Lantern Festival is an initiative to create a circular economy, using the slogan "30,000 bamboo lanterns at Kokura Castle through the power of the citizens," and is attracting attention as an SDG (Sustainable Development Goals) initiative.
